Antalya is one of the most popular tourism centers in Turkey. It is a modern city with a small charming, historic center, historic beauty, nature, cultural diversity, a good archeology museum long golden beaches, the Turquoise Coast's, and mountain views. The sandy Lara Beach is about 12 km to the east part and Konyaalti Beach is with a view of the Taurus Mountain area to the west part. Burdur, Isparta, Konya are on the north of Antalya; Karaman, Mersin are on the east of Antalya; Muğla is on the west of Antalya. Southwest coast bordered by the Taurus Mountain. Antalya’s coast is one of the cleanest and the most beautiful coasts. Sea, sun and nature are intertwined. Antique cities, antique ports, funerary monuments, coast, beaches, forests and streams are located in 630 km coast. There are 19 different district of Antalya. Alanya, Manavgat, Kemer, Kaş are the most popular. Many foreigners have bought property in and around Antalya for their holidays or for the retirement.

There are many places that you should visit. You have alternatives for fun filled in a day. Perge, Kaleiçi, Olympos and Aspendos Antique City, Karain and Kocain Caves, Düden Waterfalls, Altınbeşik Cave and National Park, Kurşunlu Waterfall, Nature Park are just some of them. Also you can visit Manavgat Waterfall, Alanya Castle, St. Nicholas Church (Kaş- Demre), and mausoleums.

Climate conditions are very suitable.  In Antalya prevailing Mediterranean climate, winters are temperate and rainy, summers hot and dry. Temperature is between 30- 34 oC in summer. Average is 9-15 oC in January. It is not available for snow and frost. Summer days are long and hot on the coast side. You see warm weather in winter. The warmest time of year in Antalya is in July when it is 28.1°C on average, but can get up to 33.8°C maximum. On the other hand, the coldest time of year in Antalya is in January when it is 10.4°C on average, but can get down to 5.9°C minimum. It rains in December, January and February. Just 40-50 days are cloudy and rainy. Antalya is available for tourism in 12 months. You can swim for 8-9 months. This Mediterranean climate has scrub vegetation in Antalya.

Tourism, economy and trade are important in Antalya. Tourism, agriculture and all industry are the economic mainstays of the area. It has the fastest population growth in Turkey in recent years. Industry has grown parallel with tourism and agriculture. Livestock and mining are other business line for Antalya.

In Antalya, many concerts and events are organized. Aspendos opera and ballet festival, International Beach Volleyball, Triathlon, Golf Competition, Archery, Tennis, Skateboard Contest etc. Antalya Culture Center was opened in 1995 and in there, plastic arts, music, theater, exhibition, and other events are organized. Also you will enjoy with International Film Festival, Piano Festival, Sand Sculpture Festival and Runantalya (running festival).

Antalya has 2 universities. International Antalya University and Akdeniz University. These universities have an agreement with European Union Youth Exchange Programme. Students have a chance to go and to live abroad.

The Real Estate Platform of Turkey has announced the new housing price index of October 2015. According to the report; Property selling is increased %14.50 after last year. Antalya is one of the fastest growing real estates. Also Antalya offers great opportunities for investors.
